All original content, trademarks, and branding related to TuneIO belong to the company. Artists retain ownership of their original work uploaded on the platform.

By uploading content, artists grant TuneIO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote the content for platform functionality and marketing.

• You may not modify, reproduce, or redistribute TuneIO's content without written permission.
• Artists must not upload copyrighted, infringing, or unlawful material.

If an artist removes their content or account, the license granted to TuneIO will terminate, except where content has already been featured in promotional materials.

Users providing feedback or suggestions grant TuneIO the right to use that input royalty-free for improving the platform.
