General Safety Guidelines

For Artists:

  • Always verify event details and venue information before confirming bookings
  • Meet clients in public places for initial discussions when possible
  • Inform someone about your performance schedule and location
  • Trust your instincts - if something feels unsafe, prioritize your safety
  • Keep emergency contacts readily available

For Event Organizers:

  • Provide clear and accurate event information to artists
  • Ensure venue safety standards are met
  • Respect artists' professional boundaries
  • Provide adequate security arrangements for events
  • Communicate any changes to event details promptly

Platform Safety

  • All payments must be processed through TuneIO's secure platform
  • Report any suspicious activity or inappropriate behavior immediately
  • Do not share personal contact information until you feel comfortable
  • Use TuneIO's messaging system for initial communications
  • Verify the identity of users before meeting in person

Emergency Procedures

In case of emergency or safety concerns:

  • Contact local emergency services immediately (Police: 100, Medical: 108)
  • Report the incident to TuneIO support at support@tune-io.com
  • Document any evidence if safe to do so
  • Seek medical attention if needed
