  • Report unsafe or suspicious activity immediately

2. Safety Guidelines for Users (Clients)

Users booking artists are expected to:

  • Provide accurate and complete event details
  • Ensure the venue meets basic safety standards
  • Arrange required permissions or approvals
  • Respect artist boundaries and professionalism
  • Avoid last-minute changes that may impact safety
  • Avoid requesting illegal or unsafe performances

Users must NOT:

  • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against artists
  • Create unsafe event environments
  • Force artists to perform beyond agreed terms
  • Engage in violent or intoxicated behavior

3. Safety Guidelines for Artists

Artists performing through Tune IO should:

  • Verify event details before accepting bookings
  • Arrive on time and follow agreed performance terms
  • Maintain professional behavior
  • Avoid unsafe or unlawful environments
  • Report safety concerns to Tune IO immediately

Artists must NOT:

  • Consume illegal substances during events
  • Engage in aggressive or inappropriate conduct
  • Perform acts violating laws or safety norms
  • Demand off-platform payments at venues

4. Venue & Event Safety

Both users and artists share responsibility for venue safety:

  • Proper lighting, electrical safety, and sound setup
  • Fire safety and emergency exit access
  • Crowd control for large events
  • Secure stage, equipment, and wiring
  • Accessible emergency contact details

Tune IO is not responsible for venue-related hazards.

5. Online Safety & Communication

  • Keep communication respectful and professional
  • Avoid sharing sensitive personal information
  • Report abusive or suspicious messages
  • Avoid clicking unknown or unsafe links

Tune IO may monitor interactions to maintain platform safety.

6. Payment Safety

  • Use Tune IO’s secure payment system only
  • Avoid cash or off-platform transactions
  • Never share OTPs, passwords, or banking details
  • Report suspicious payment requests immediately

Tune IO is not responsible for losses from off-platform payments.

7. Emergency Situations

In emergencies, prioritize safety, contact local emergency services, and notify Tune IO support as soon as possible.
