1. Definitions

• Platform: The Tune IO website and applications
• User / Client: Anyone booking artists or using the platform
• Artist: Performers listed on the platform
• Booking: A confirmed artist hire request
• Service: Any functionality provided by Tune IO

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the platform for lawful purposes only

3. Account Registration

• Provide accurate information during signup
• Keep login credentials confidential
• Remain responsible for all account activity

Tune IO may suspend accounts involved in suspicious or fraudulent activities.

4. Booking Process

4.1 For Users

• Provide complete event details
• Pay required fees or advances
• Follow the artist’s service terms

4.2 For Artists

• Keep profiles accurate and updated
• Honor confirmed bookings
• Arrive on time and deliver professionally

Tune IO acts only as a booking facilitator, not an employer or agent.

5. Payments & Charges

• Payments are processed via third-party gateways
• Users must pay the total booking amount shown
• Artists receive payouts as per agreed terms
• Tune IO may charge a platform/service fee

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund rules depend on the artist’s policy, event date, and event type. Refunds (if applicable) follow Tune IO’s Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. User Responsibilities

• No false or misleading information
• No abuse or harassment
• No illegal or prohibited activities
• No misuse of platform features
• No unauthorized system access

8. Artist Responsibilities

• No false experience or media
• No unjustified booking cancellations
• No misconduct at events
• No illegal activity
• No copyrighted uploads without permission

9. Content Ownership

Users and artists retain ownership of uploaded content. By uploading, you grant Tune IO a non-exclusive license to use the content for platform operations and marketing with attribution.

10. Platform Availability & Liability

Tune IO does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation and is not liable for event-related losses, artist performance issues, or technical failures.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to Indian jurisdiction.
