These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TuneIO platform, which connects event organizers with musicians and performers. By registering or using TuneIO, you agree to follow these terms.

ये नियम और शर्तें TuneIO प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के उपयोग को नियंत्रित करती हैं, जो इवेंट आयोजकों को कलाकारों से जोड़ता है। TuneIO पर पंजीकरण या इसका उपयोग करके, आप इन शर्तों को स्वीकार करते हैं।

English:

• Must be 18+ years old
• Must provide valid ID at registration
• False info may lead to termination

हिंदी:

• उपयोगकर्ता की आयु 18 वर्ष से अधिक होनी चाहिए
• पंजीकरण पर वैध पहचान प्रस्तुत करनी होगी
• गलत जानकारी देने पर खाता हटाया जा सकता है

• Keep login details secure
• Responsible for account activity
• Report unauthorized access immediately

• Users may browse, book, and pay artists via TuneIO
• Bookings confirmed post-payment & artist acceptance
• TuneIO retains commission
• Payments processed securely

• ग्राहक TuneIO पर कलाकारों को ब्राउज़, बुक और भुगतान कर सकते हैं
• भुगतान और कलाकार की स्वीकृति के बाद ही बुकिंग तय होती है
• TuneIO कमीशन रखता है

Customers must arrange venue infrastructure, like stage, lighting, or sound equipment, unless otherwise agreed with the artist.

ग्राहकों को मंच, लाइटिंग और ध्वनि प्रणाली जैसी सभी व्यवस्था खुद करनी होगी, जब तक कलाकार से अन्यथा सहमति न हो।

English:

• No refund if canceled within 24 hours of event
• Artists must notify for emergencies
• Refunds at TuneIO's discretion

• 24 घंटे के भीतर रद्द करने पर कोई रिफंड नहीं
• कलाकार आपात स्थिति में पूर्व सूचना देंगे
• रिफंड TuneIO के निर्णय पर निर्भर होगा

• External bookings/payments not allowed
• Misuse leads to suspension

• Artists must upload original/licensed material only
• No offensive, hateful, or illegal content
• Reviews should be honest

• You agree to indemnify TuneIO against misuse claims
